2. What we collect
When you send a request or write to us: your name, email, phone or messenger contact, travel dates, the number of travellers and anything you tell us about your trip.
When you write a review: your name, country, the tour and guide, your rating, what you liked, your text and any photos you add.
We ask for passport details only when we need them to buy train or plane tickets for you.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your request, plan and run your trip and buy the tickets you ask for. We publish your review only with your permission.
4. Who sees it
Only the people who make your trip happen: your guide, your driver, and the hotel, railway or airline when we book them for you. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
5. Where and how long we keep it
Your requests are stored securely with our website host and in our team’s work chat. We keep trip details for up to one year after your trip, then delete them. Published reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them.
6. Analytics and cookies
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that uses no cookies and does not follow you to other websites. We don’t show ads. To stop spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a quick check that you’re a person; it isn’t used for advertising.
7. Photos and videos
We publish guests’ photos and videos only with their permission. If you appear in one and want it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
8. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Write to infomozaikand@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (+1 319 654 7290).
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
