How do I book a tour?
Send us a request with your dates and interests. We reply within 10–15 minutes, then send a plan with a clear price. Sending a request is free.
What if I don’t like the tour?
Then you don’t pay for the guide. Tell your guide or write to us by the end of the tour day. The promise covers the guide’s fee only: transport, hotels and entrance tickets are paid to others and can’t be refunded. How the promise works
When and how do I pay?
You pay your guide after the tour, in cash in any currency or by bank transfer. Train and plane tickets, yurt camps and cross-border trips are paid in advance, because we buy them for you.
Which languages do your guides speak?
